It's amazing to me to know that some people can watch this and not hear the trembling and the fear and the pain in this young lady's voice. She suffered (and still does) panic attacks from what she went through, even as strong and courageous and individual as she is. Going on National Television was extremely difficult to do. She is a very intelligent girl who has been damaged by a few corrupt individuals and a Napoleonic type Judicial System that has continued to fail her.
Italy needs to get with the Century already. The Italian Supreme Court gave specific instructions
to convict. And the trial that is going on right now (even as I speak) was given specific instructions, in how to go about getting that conviction. This means that even the things disproven in the Court of First Instance are to be completely disregarded. Nevermind the fact that the Italian Supreme Court's job was to see if the Appellate Court (that exonerated her and Raffaele Sollecito) followed the correct procedures and law properly. It's nice having friends in the ISC if you're the Prosecution.
All that to say, if there is not a conviction it would be a true miracle.
This, is basically what we're up against. Enjoy my husband's latest blog and check out this interview.

And so, I pray...
