The World's Greatest Circus: featuring the prized Amanda Knox and Raffaele Sollecito

It wasn't supposed to be a circus. It was supposed to be two young women on the adventure of a lifetime. One, a beautiful American, the other, an exotic beauty from England. There was supposed to be a happy ending to this fairy tale trip.

Instead, as we all so horribly know, Meredith Kercher was brutally murdered cutting short a life full of potential. Amanda was lucky--had she been home that night, it would have been her who died at the hands of Rudy Guede. But her luck ended when she was inexplicably accused of murdering her friend Meredith.
The nightmare that's left for the two families, victims of Rudy Guede and the Italian justice system, seems to be a never ending ordeal. In fact it's become more, it's become the sleaziest circus I've seen. The seven year long freak show that bankrupts all who enter, and ushers all reluctant participants into a dark Cirque de Soleil sideshow where Amanda and Raffaele are caged for people's amusement.

It's disturbing.   Let me expound.

There are some Meredith Kercher "supporters" on the internet asking anyone (who will listen) to report a Ground Report Article to Google (see link below, that's the lucky article). Why? Because they don't like it. And they want to censor and silence any speech with which they disagree. They hate it and despise the author for writing it. They simply won't allow this to be said aloud. The author advocates for Amanda Knox and Raffaele Sollecito. Yet, these anti Knox people want it to disappear simply because they hate it. And they believe they can. I'm sure some protested the Black Fish Documentary too. These folks are just a tiny additional part (the "extras") in this sleazy circus.

There is a delusional mindset in the cult of the haters of Amanda Knox and Raffaele Sollecito that they can help take anyone down. One of them said that they were going to take Steve Moore down (that's my husband who I am very proud of) because he had the audacity to tell people he believed that Amanda Knox and Raffaele Sollecito were innocent. (The hateful threatener failed.)
They have created a caricature of Amanda in their mind, one which feeds their dislike of America and their jealousy of people of privilege. The irony here is that Amanda's family is certainly not rich. I guess I shouldn't be surprised that a sleazy circus would believe sleazy Tabloids. They cannot believe her to be a girl who could not possibly have committed the crime she's accused of. They truly believe their own circus tricks, their smoke and mirrors. Some play magicians in this Circus, they make things disappear by simply hiding them.

I believe what they've done is wrong. Fortunately, I have the freedom to speak my mind (God bless America). So, because of this, please, allow me to share share:

I agree with this article, I like it. And because I like it, I, too, am a target in their dart game, just like everyone else who agrees with us.  The comments that await us are not comments that discuss or respectfully challenge our beliefs. It's an attempt to shut us down, intimidate and shut us up. I do not open their comments, they have no permission to be a part of my life. They have no power over me. I don't hate them. But, I hate what these people wrongly do. It's as if it's just video game to them with no real consequences for their actions. Their methods lack integrity. The magic isn't real and the cost... unfathomable. Instead of these people coming off as Meredith Kercher Supporters they come off as an Amanda Knox Hater cult. Witch Hunters.   They're not welcome in my "living room" and I won't pay to attend their sleazy circus. Life's too short.

Amanda Knox was Told she had Trauma Induced Amnesia

It's amazing to me to know that some people can watch this and not hear the trembling and the fear and the pain in this young lady's voice. She suffered (and still does) panic attacks from what she went through, even as strong and courageous and individual as she is. Going on National Television was extremely difficult to do. She is a very intelligent girl who has been damaged by a few corrupt individuals and a Napoleonic type Judicial System that has continued to fail her.
Italy needs to get with the Century already. The Italian Supreme Court gave specific instructions
to convict. And the trial that is going on right now (even as I speak) was given specific instructions, in how to go about getting that conviction. This means that even the things disproven in the Court of First Instance are to be completely disregarded. Nevermind the fact that the Italian Supreme Court's job was to see if the Appellate Court (that exonerated her and Raffaele Sollecito) followed the correct procedures and law properly. It's nice having friends in the ISC if you're the Prosecution. All that to say, if there is not a conviction it would be a true miracle.

....and why not Rudy

Why not Rudy? They wanted Patrick Lumumba! But decided on Amanda and Rafaelle.

Many people have heard about the brutal rape and murder of Meredith Kercher in Perugia, Italy. The British student studying abroad, the beautiful young, intelligent lady had lots to look forward to in her very young life with a million things on the horizon. Tragically, it brutally ended all too quickly. Amanda Knox, Meredith's roommate, along with Raffaele Sollecito, Amanda's boyfriend of a week, were convicted of the murder. So was Rudy Guede, a drug user/dealer burglar and a man known to harass women. Rudy was also a drifter in need of money.
The world was chilled by a horrific senseless crime, as was I. Many things began being leaked to the tabloids by officials in Perugia—none of it accurate. A few tabloid writers almost single-handedly turned Amanda Knox from “compassionate honor student” to “satanic sex-crazed murderer” in their headlines. They created the evil "Foxy Knoxy", without a clue as to what they were talking about. They made up all kinds of lies in order to sell newspapers, all at her (Amanda’s) expense. Wild theories were thrown out for the hounds to write about- from sick satanic rituals, to sex orgies gone wrong. Not ONE of these theories, however, were anywhere near the truth. Yet, we believed them and were convinced of Amanda’s guilt.
 Now, after she has served three years in prison, the truth about Amanda Knox is finally being believed. When unbiased persons starting looking into the evidence and starting listening to credible experts instead of tabloids, they’ve realized that they were just sucked in, and that there are 2 innocent kids being victimized now as well, just like Meredith was. Certainly, it’s not the same victimization that Meredith suffered, but it is no less real. I have now studied this case enough to see that it has been turned into one of the most convoluted cases in history---a simple case, gone crazy.. Though at first I thought she was likely guilty. Now, not only am I convinced of her innocence, I am committed to help get the truth out there even if it's one person at a time.
Amanda Knox was interrogated for 37 hrs. in the four 4 days after the crime. This is a lot of time if you think about the fact that 40 hrs. is a typical five day work week. Amanda did not yet know that she was a suspect, she just thought she was being interviewed and wanted to do her part to help. All normal stuff in an investigation. Amanda happened to have a boss named Patrick Lumumba. On the night of the murder, Amanda was on her way to work. On the way, she received a text from Patrick telling her they didn't need her to work that night. She text him back saying, "OK, see you later". The police believed that this small text communication implicated both Amanda and Lumumba.  However, later that same night, at 10:00 PM she received a phone call (unusual time for an interrogation, don’t you think?). The police wanted her to come BACK to the station, which she did. They then proceeded to interrogate her from 10:30PM that night until 5:30AM the next morning! During the night, 12 interrogators (which is not at all the norm) aggressively worked her. Two fresh interrogators would go in the room every hour on the hour. They didn't give her any water, coffee, food or restroom breaks. These are normal things offered and given during interrogations. During the night, they hit her in the back of the head when she didn’t give the answer they were looking for. They were supposedly trying to "help her remember". She was told she would never get to leave, and that she would go to prison for the rest of her life if she didn't tell them. They finally got what they brought her in for—her will to resist shattered, she implicated Patrick Lumumba in the most ambiguous way, stating that it was a “dream”-like memory that she was unsure of. She said she imagined, and then "confusedly remembered” hearing screams while she was in the kitchen, her hands over her ears, crouched down on the floor. At this point, which was now 5:30AM, they had her write out "the confession" (this was NOT a confession). They immediately called Prosecutor Giulianno Mignini, who rushed over. They finally allowed her drink and let her use the restroom and she bought food from a vending machine. Once she got food in her, and began to think straight again, she immediately recanted. You can look it up on line. She was extremely shaken up and if you know what had happened to her, it's horrifying to watch the video. She also wrote THIS down as well.
Amanda is no liar. She is now in the hands of the Perugia Courts tomorrow, Dec. 18th, for her appeal.
Only Giuliano and Massei knew their motives, them and God.
Some people disagree with me, and this is OK.
I take very seriously what I believe and why. We are all responsible for this.
I feel very confident in what I believe-period.
