This was really interesting! :)



Jim Clemente did a fantastic job speaking out on this case..Absolutely fantastic.

The only problem with it is that I really did want to hear more from him (and Stephen

of course).  I have the feeling we're going to be hearing more from Jim in the media

as being yet another credible expert (retired FBI Agent) speaking out an injustice. I am

very pleased.



When I listened to this  I became acutely aware that this circus trial has truly got to

be the most bizarre "created" case in history. Giuliano Mignini, you will be famous for sure!

But I don't think it will be in the way you had hoped.

 You will go down in History as the most creative Prosecutor ever at the very least. You tried your

best (and at all cost) to get a bogus conviction. You succeeded. But it's temporary, as

we all know.



In the history books the truth is what will be written about and your theories, and the great

contrast between them vs. the truth. It will be discussed in detail I feel confident of this.

I am grateful not to be in your shoes. The damage you and others around you has been

very bad. In fact, evil.

Anderson Cooper, oops? Yesterday  you did a segment at the end of the show with Raffaele Sollecito. It seemed to be and update in what's going on in the never ending mind boggling trial of Amanda Knox and Raffaele Sollecito for the murder of Amanda's flatmate, Meredith Kercher in 2007. It's  a sad, lame, unjust and pathetic tale to tell, but...I digress.



The point of this brief blog is to say that your show had a segment that showed a horrifying picture of the bathroom Amanda Knox  supposedly came home to.



I'm SURE this had to be an accident (I actually respect your show) because someone accidentally put up a picture of the bathroom Amanda and Meredith shared at a much later time than when Amanda came home after sleeping at Raffaele's the previous. . They showed a pic from after the forensic experts had come in and were in process of doing Luminol testing. The picture showed had luminol all over it (they were testing the whole thing for blood). Luminol looks bright pinkish red and the pic looked like blood covered it.  In real life the bathroom looked like a normal clean bathroom but in the forensic's picture the Luminol test lit up the place making it look like something out of a horror film. Therefore, this is not an accurate depiction.



 Mr. Anderson, it was not blood in the picture that was displayed and your show said is was bloodmaking it look like this was what Amanda came home to and saw. This is false... Huge huge difference and this is really damning for Amanda as she already is constantly having to fight falsehood after falsehood in this witch trial. Again, this is not correct and I urge you, for Amanda and Raffaele's sake,to  please consider fixing this right away. I know this is a serious news show and hope that someone takes this into strong consideration.



Thus the need, in my mind, to include a blog with  the corrected version of what the bathroom ACTUALLY looked like instead. Hopefully this will help.

In this case especially, the devil is in the details. And there are a lot of fabricated details and a LOT of

devils in this farce of a trial (yet Amanda is not one of them).

Amanda Knox and Raffaele 4th Trial: As this trial winds up...again we can see that a young man can easily climb that window!

This is not rocket science,  Judge  Nencini. Let's wait and see what happens and what his summations will be. Does he see and know the obvious truth? Is he corrupt? After all, he's literally been given instructions TO convict and even how to go about it.  Is he too fearful to stand up against the ISC?  

Two young  innocent people wait anxiously to find out their fate. Maybe we should make bets now. 

Let's see if this judge has the courage to stand up for the truth. We don't know what to expect but, we still hope for the very best. Hang in there Amanda and Raff! 

  

Amanda Knox was Told she had Trauma Induced Amnesia

It's amazing to me to know that some people can watch this and not hear the trembling and the fear and the pain in this young lady's voice. She suffered (and still does) panic attacks from what she went through, even as strong and courageous and individual as she is. Going on National Television was extremely difficult to do. She is a very intelligent girl who has been damaged by a few corrupt individuals and a Napoleonic type Judicial System that has continued to fail her.
Italy needs to get with the Century already. The Italian Supreme Court gave specific instructions
to convict. And the trial that is going on right now (even as I speak) was given specific instructions, in how to go about getting that conviction. This means that even the things disproven in the Court of First Instance are to be completely disregarded. Nevermind the fact that the Italian Supreme Court's job was to see if the Appellate Court (that exonerated her and Raffaele Sollecito) followed the correct procedures and law properly. It's nice having friends in the ISC if you're the Prosecution. All that to say, if there is not a conviction it would be a true miracle.
