Amanda Knox and Raffaele 4th Trial: As this trial winds up...again we can see that a young man can easily climb that window!

This is not rocket science,  Judge  Nencini. Let's wait and see what happens and what his summations will be. Does he see and know the obvious truth? Is he corrupt? After all, he's literally been given instructions TO convict and even how to go about it.  Is he too fearful to stand up against the ISC?
Two young  innocent people wait anxiously to find out their fate. Maybe we should make bets now.

Let's see if this judge has the courage to stand up for the truth. We don't know what to expect but, we still hope for the very best. Hang in there Amanda and Raff!

Amanda Knox was Told she had Trauma Induced Amnesia

It's amazing to me to know that some people can watch this and not hear the trembling and the fear and the pain in this young lady's voice. She suffered (and still does) panic attacks from what she went through, even as strong and courageous and individual as she is. Going on National Television was extremely difficult to do. She is a very intelligent girl who has been damaged by a few corrupt individuals and a Napoleonic type Judicial System that has continued to fail her.
Italy needs to get with the Century already. The Italian Supreme Court gave specific instructions
to convict. And the trial that is going on right now (even as I speak) was given specific instructions, in how to go about getting that conviction. This means that even the things disproven in the Court of First Instance are to be completely disregarded. Nevermind the fact that the Italian Supreme Court's job was to see if the Appellate Court (that exonerated her and Raffaele Sollecito) followed the correct procedures and law properly. It's nice having friends in the ISC if you're the Prosecution. All that to say, if there is not a conviction it would be a true miracle.

This, is basically what we're up against. Enjoy my husband's latest blog and check out this interview.

And so, I pray...

The Interrogation Process: The Case Of Amanda Knox And Raffaele Sollecito

Guilianno has already added Amanda, and therefore, Rafaele into the equation. His pride kept him from somehow "making this work".

At first, the world believed the Tabloids.

Now the world no longer believes the Tabloids, as a few people began looking further into this case and found out what a hoax it was. And this multiplied, and multiplied and MULTIPLIED!

Now, the only people who think anything OTHER than that this is a horrible wrong, are a few crazies, who have some kind of weird obsession with the victim, "Meredith Kercher".

gmancasefile: THE PERILS OF THE PRESUMPTIVE HEADLINE

If I may, or if I might...Steve Moore has decided to do his own blog! This is a good thing. I think it's wonderful. I'm his wife, so I am biased!!! :)

Here it is, check it out! Click below for his blog:

gmancasefile: THE PERILS OF THE PRESUMPTIVE HEADLINE: "According to the dictionary, to presume is: 1. To act overconfidently; take liberties. 2. To take unwarranted advantage of something; go..."

And if I were to add anything to this it would be this: "Dear Barbie Nadeau, thanks for saying through Newsweek that Steve was hurting Amanda's appeal. I can't wait to see what happens in court next week when the results come back! See ya then. This time, however, please do not claim to be tweeting throughout the entire ordeal unless you are INDEED tweeting  (instead of merely having someone else do your dirty work for you). Not cool.

See ya then!! :)
